This is probably my favourite.

I think you tend to draw mouths (well, the line representing a mouth) a little over-large usually, but here it's smaller.

And yeah, her eyes look fine without the lower lashes. If you included them they'd probably have to be very small or they'd just overwhelm her face, with how big the upper ones are. :p

Yeah, I tend to over exaggerate expressions which gives them REALLY BIG MOUTHS and I have got to stop doing that :'D (it's how I draw humans normally but I've been drawing them much longer than ponies obviously and I can't apply human expressions directly to ponies lol)
Maybe I'll do a pony expression sheet or something, and try and balance out my face proportions o:
